How about Filipino Indie Films???... (not the gay erotic type ha? but the socially sensitive kind) if you take time watching these kind of films, you'll discover that these film makers are nothing short but diamonds in the rough., Shame with their budget though.,
what's your ever favorite movie? (more than one, if you will).,

I love Philippine Indie films! I had the pleasure of watching Cinemalaya last year and loved a lot of the films! I especially like Chris Martinez' 100. It's a rather abused concept but the execution was brilliant!
Favourite movie would be a tie between these two:
Amelie --- I love the whole glossy, magic realism touch to it. It sort of is very whimsical. It worked for the film since Amelie seems to be a very positive person.
La Vita e Bella (Life is Beautiful) --- I like how it discusses World War II and the way it has affected Europe without being too dreary. I also love Guido, Dora and Giosue's characters.
What is the latest addition to your Mt. Libris (mountain of books) and why did you buy it?

I love amelie., I made a deconstruction and a critical analysis of the movie using the post modern concept as my output last semester., hahaha., O.o
I recently bought William Makepeace Thackeray's Vanity Fair., I need to use all my persuasion skills because when I saw the book, there was only one left (and it was a barnes and noble copy!!!) and another woman was holding it., I tried telling her why I need to have the copy, and after much groveling she obliged to give me the book., hahaha
what's your favorite book then???

Film critic too, aye! I think we'd get along nicely!
My favourite book? I have lots really! But if I have to choose 2, I'd say the following
The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupery (Not sure about the spelling. Can't get it right!). I love the whole message of us not losing that childlike sense of wonder at the world. It really is true when they say all we need to learn, we did in kindergarten.
And....
Sophie's World by Jostein Gaarder. I like how he simplifies the history of philosophy into terms that can be easily understood. The story also ties very well with the philo lesson. I love Alberto Knox!
What was your ambition at age 7? Mine was funny! Miss Universe! Haha! Whatever!

Yep, I like The Little Prince., What is essential is invisible to the eye.,
I'm not familiar with Sophie's World though., Is this the pink book with a picture of a magician's hat??? sorry, not familiar.,
I want to be an Ice Creamer (is there such a word) there used to be an Ice cream vendor who comes to the house every merienda time., so I thought to myself, this is a very cool job., hahaha
Who's your favorite author???

That is Sophie's World indeed!
Aww! That's cute! The ice cream man! Teehee!
Again, I have a lot! But tie between Gabriel Garcia Marquez and his lovely imagery and Jostein Gaarder and his subtle philosophical waxing.
Complete this: _________ is so good, it should be illegal.
