i've only heard them perform in the movie but they look promising. where can i buy their cd's? if ever they are going here i think i'll watch.

you can buy the CDs thru internet lang. i haven't seen any of their albums being sold here in the Philippines. ang maswerte sa concerts nila ay China e. pero hindi na mangyayari yun ngayon.

ouch! i know it's sad news for all august band fanatics if indeed true.
looking at the brighter side though it might mean pchy focusing on other things. maybe, solo music? or acting? that could mean more movies. especially now that i've heard he just graduated. could be a career move decision for all of them.
it's just disheartening though knowing that august band have been so much a part of love of siam & they all play pivotal roles in the story. but, going back to reality, i guess everyone from the group really needs to grow.
though pchy did tweet just this month saying he will be seeing his filipino fans soon. although he did not mention whether with his band or just by himself.

I think August Band is really a different band not just because they're great musicians but they treat themselves as family as well. Some bands have fondness in music but they were easily disbanded and lead vocalist wants to be solo artist. I hope they won't get disbanded and I really don't want them to. They're one of my favorites and they're unique.

yeah. i love watching them bond with each other. and they're really quite unique. just the sound of the saxophone alone puts them in a different scale.

Yeah, they are really unique. I never heard a music like that before. I mean, most of the bands have the usual drums and guitars but they don't usually get my attention. I used to see some bands in the show (contest perhaps) but they won't stay long.

yeah. i really like their playing style. it its so unique, i don't know any band that can play their songs.

Yeah, like from jazz to pop to some upbeat songs. They are really versatile. 
But some people say "their songs are too sloppy"..

sloppy? really? it seems pretty clean to me. maybe some songs aren't as clear to the ears compared to others since they have many vocalists.

I mean, I think they want songs that gives more noise. Well, I don't like their genre of music then. They usually break my ear drums.

Nice to see someone with same hobby.Well, it depends on my mood. I usually play it when I'm alone, sometimes worried, troubled or stressed. His songs makes me relieve for my stress.
