I only know the answers to 1 and 2.
1. She was still a bit bitter about Tong "stealing Mew away from her". Eh medyo on the spot si Tong noon about his orientation. So parang it was her way of saying "Tong, prove that you're straight".
2. I think he was a bit confused at that point. We can see that during that same scene (noong pinahawak ni Ying si Tong sa you know niya). Tong couldn't do it and he said something like "Everyone's angry at me for not being who I am. I don't even know who I am."
I really don't know about 3.
