Her name is Anggun and she is an Indonesian sylph! She has this impeccable grace and elegance with a dash of spicy mystery (and that is sylph like!). I really love how incorporates her country's culture into the video (through the dance moves).
The voice is comparable to a sylph too. Immaculate, pure yet dark and mysterious.
This is one of her most popular songs called Snow in the Sahara. It's actually a translation of the original song in French (La Neige au Sahara, which I'll post later).
