It was really good. Funny, simple, witty, entertaining and very straight-forward. A breath of fresh air compared to more comercialized films lately. In fact, it was so straight forward that you could probably predict most of what the outcome would be even after only watching a few minutes of the film. But instead of it becoming a "turn-off" in my opinion it made the movie more entertaining. It broke the cliche by staying simple and true with the cliche we all know. I love the whole film and hope that more films like this (and babae sa septic tank) would be created because it pushes the level of entertainment and film-making to a notch higher. The only probable flaw of the film was editing. I know it's an indie film and not much money was alotted to it, but the editing was not that good that it affected the some of contiuity of the story. There are parts, I was like... "WTF, what happened... ? Why... ? How come... ? When did.. ? But over all the movie was really good. I highly recommen you to watch and support films like this. And hope you'll also like it.

Honestly, I'm quite disappointed that Babae sa Septic Tank was our entry to oscars.
It's a good movie. But comparing it the likes of Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain, Departures or even the recently nominated Confessions,
Oh well, I hope for the best
