yea, my calorie intake is about your level. but why are you cutting so much calories? I think you look fine, it is not like you are fat or anything.
im cutting the calorie so i can put some more muscle mass... 1200 is the max calorie... so it would be ok even less than 1200... haha at first i really go nuts on computing my calories... i havent eaten rice at night for almost 3 months now.. hehe.. actually i can go over 1200 because i have a daily intake of 23g L-carnitine... but i rather not... ^_^
yea, I would like to cut my calorie level more, but I become light headed after studying so I decide not to. maybe after I finish studying then I will cut it, so that I could get my six packs faster
